Who runs this site
This site is operated by Handled Agency LLC ("Handled", "we"), based in Greenville, South Carolina. Batch is a product Handled builds and operates.
What we collect and why
When you fill out the apply form on this site, we collect your name, business name, email, and whatever else you choose to add (phone, Instagram handle, how you sell today, a message). We use it for exactly one thing: to evaluate whether Batch is a fit for you and to follow up. We don't add you to a marketing list from this form alone.
When a form is submitted, your IP address is used for a moment to limit how often one connection can submit. It isn't saved with your details.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and processes the apply form.
- Resend delivers the email notification when you apply.
- Google Fonts serves the lettering on this site, so your browser requests font files from Google and Google sees your IP address when it does.
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs no advertising cookies, and it doesn't track you across other websites. We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, see which pages and links bring people here, and know when someone applies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell a returning visitor from a new one; what you type into the application form never goes into it. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may also set a cookie it needs for security and to keep bots out.
How long we keep it
Application details are kept as long as it's useful for following up with you, and deleted on request.
If you become a Batch customer
Once you're a customer, your own site's privacy page (on your own domain) governs what your customers' data is used for. This page only covers this marketing site and the apply form.

To see what we have on file from your application, correct it, or have it deleted, write to keegan@handledagency.co.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
